WideOrbit Increases Its Radio Automation Sales and Support Teams

New Members Help to Create the Largest Radio Automation Support Team in the Industry with a new state-of-the-art facility

SAN FRANCISCO--()--WideOrbit Inc., the leading provider of advertising management software for media companies, is pleased to announce the addition of three members to its radio automation support team and a new sales representative for its award-winning WO Automation for Radio product. The new support members that were added since the first of the year give WideOrbit the largest radio automation support team in the industry.

Don Wakefield joined WideOrbit in January and serves as an implementation specialist for WO Automation for Radio. Don comes to WideOrbit from Yea! Network where he was a member of the engineering team for the Kidd Kraddick in the Morning show. Don has also served in the engineering team at Susquehanna Radio Corporation.

Barry Walters came to WideOrbit in June as an implementation specialist from Wilkes Communications where he was chief engineer of the Denver cluster for eleven years. Barry also served as a contract engineer for several other stations in the Denver area and brings years of real-world WO Automation for Radio and SS32 experience to WideOrbit.

Korey Brooks returned to WideOrbit in February as a support specialist with several years of customer support experience.

John Hicks joined WideOrbit in June as an inside sales representative. John is a well-known industry veteran with more than twenty years experience in radio automation sales with Google and Scott Studios.

All four new team members are located in WideOrbit’s new office in Coppell, Texas. WideOrbit recently signed a seven-year lease for this state-of-the-art facility in suburban Dallas to house the radio automation sales and support teams.
