Iron Mountain Appoints Ted R. Antenucci to its Board

BOSTON--()--Iron Mountain Incorporated (NYSE: IRM), the information management services company, today announced that Ted R. Antenucci, president and CEO of Catellus Development Corporation has joined its board of directors. Antenucci becomes Iron Mountain’s 12th director.

“As we undertake a review of strategic opportunities to maximize value to our shareholders, we wanted to add someone with strong real estate experience to our board,” said Richard Reese, Iron Mountain’s chairman and CEO. “We ran an extensive search, identifying several compelling candidates; and ultimately, we chose Ted for his experience in real estate acquisition, operations and capital allocation. We’re happy to have him on our board and look forward to his contributions.”

Antenucci, 46, became president and CEO of private real estate firm Catellus Development in March 2011. Additionally, until June 30, 2011, he served in the dual role as president and chief investment officer of ProLogis, positions he assumed in 2007. Prior to these roles, Antenucci served from 2005 to 2007 as president of global development for ProLogis, an industrial real estate investment trust. From 2001 to 2005, he was president of Catellus Commercial Development, a subsidiary of Catellus Development, until Catellus Development and ProLogis merged in 2005.

Antenucci is a member of the board of directors for Hudson Pacific Properties (NYSE: HPP), a public real estate investment trust. He is also on the board of trustees of the Children’s Hospital Foundation.

Antenucci holds a bachelor’s degree in business economics from the University of California Santa Barbara.
