ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Navicure, a leading provider of automated, Web-based revenue cycle management (RCM) solutions for physician practices, announced the appointment of Craig Potts as executive vice president of sales. Potts brings 26 years of executive sales and management experience in the technology industry to lead Navicure’s direct and indirect sales channels.

Before joining Navicure, Potts was senior vice president of sales for Fiserv’s largest division (Electronic Payments & Digital Channels) after CheckFree was acquired by Fiserv. At Fiserv/CheckFree, he also managed sales for Global Payment Solutions and the leading ACH financial clearinghouse solution. As a sales manager, he helped exceed results goals seven years in a row. During this time, he was a significant contributor in the electronic transformation of the payments industry.
Prior to his time at Fiserv/CheckFree, Potts served as vice president of sales for TenFold’s healthcare division. In this position he directed recruiting, training and management of sales functions, and he was instrumental in leading the company grow revenues from $5 million to $96 million over a three-year period.
Potts has also held senior executive positions at other leading technology providers including MerchantWired and Clarus Corporation. He has a background in sales, business development and management positions with other companies such as Decision Consultants, Inc., Accenture, KnowlegeWare and IBM/ROLM.
