WESTPORT, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Altus Capital Partners, Inc. (“Altus”), a leading private equity investment firm focused on niche middle market manufacturing companies in the U.S., today announced it has named Kim VanCleef as Vice President. She will work from Altus’ Chicago-area office, which is run by Greg L. Greenberg, Senior Partner.
Ms. VanCleef comes to Altus with strong workout and deal-structuring experience, most recently at Alvarez & Marsal and, earlier, at Dymas Capital Management, an affiliate of Cerberus Capital Management.

At Dymas Capital Management, where she was an Assistant Vice President, Ms. VanCleef was intimately involved in portfolio-investment management and the execution of new investments. At Alvarez & Marsal, she worked as a financial advisor to companies and stakeholders operating in both Chapter 11 and out-of-court restructurings. She began her career in finance at William Blair & Company in investment banking and debt capital markets activities.
She holds a B.A. with a concentration in finance from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University.
