Expanding on his vast professional expertise in retail software management, Mitchell will be responsible for all customer services, including product implementation and support services as well as professional auditing services.

Prior to joining Agilence, Mitchell served as Director of Professional Services at Tyco International, where he facilitated the multi-national corporation’s retail sales and consolidated management of its vital intelligence solutions offerings.
A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Mitchell was the first full-time hire at Retail Expert, Inc., a software development and consulting firm, rising in role from Project Analyst to Director of Customer Support. In 2006, Tyco/ADT acquired Retail Expert, and Mitchell was appointed as Director of the Store Performance Solutions group. He has over 12 years of experience designing and delivering software solutions, including the development of applications and integration of product management strategies.
