Bluestone Energy’s Director of Data Center Services to Speak at IMN’s Forum on Financing, Investing and Real Estate for Data Centers in Chicago

Coy Stine will participate in two panels and will discuss cost-effective data center efficiency, navigating the utility incentive process and data center retrofit strategies

NORWELL, Mass.--()--Bluestone Energy Services, a leading provider of energy-conservation engineering services for industrial and commercial clients, announced today that its director of data center services, Coy Stine, will be speaking at the second annual Financing, Investing and Real Estate Development Conference for Data Centers hosted by the Information Management Network.

The two-day forum will be held May 23-24, 2011 at the Marriott Chicago Downtown in Chicago, Illinois.

During the forum, Coy Stine will participate in two panels. The first panel, titled Measuring ROI of Ultra-Efficiency, New Upgraded Technology, Green Best Practices, Different Power and Cogeneration Products, will be held on May 23 at 10:25 a.m. This panel will cover topics ranging from the ROI of solar panels and other renewable power products to turning waste heat from servers into usable power.

The second panel, titled Updating an Old Data Center: Considering Lifecycle & What the Data Center will Need in Ten Years, will be held on May 23 at 12:45 p.m. Items to be discussed will include the business considerations of building a new data center and the economic effects of cloud-based computing.

Coy will be joined by other data center efficiency experts, including Sherman Ikemoto from Future Facilities and Derek Schwartz from the Green Data Center Alliance.
