NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP announced that Enid L. Veron has joined its New York City and Washington, D.C. offices as a shareholder in the Energy & Natural Resources Practice. Previously, Veron was a partner at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and most recently at Hunton & Williams LLP.
Veron’s practice focuses on project finance, especially in the energy sector with a particular emphasis on alternative energy. She provides counsel on the development of complex and international renewable energy facilities and advises sponsors, lenders and issuers on a wide range of electric power and other infrastructure transactions.
