NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--PineBridge Investments (“PineBridge”), the global multi-asset class investment manager, today announced the appointment of C. Kim Goodwin and Don M. Wilson, III as non-executive members of its Board of Directors, which is led by the firm’s Non-Executive Chairman, E. Mervyn Davies. Ms. Goodwin and Mr. Wilson’s appointments will be effective immediately.

Ms. Goodwin most recently served as Managing Director and Head of Equities for Credit Suisse’s Asset Management Division, responsible for the management of the firm’s equity products in the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific. Prior to that she was Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer of Equities at State Street Research & Management Company, Chief Investment Officer of US Growth Equities at American Century Investments, Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Putnam Investments, and filled various positions at Prudential Investment Management and Mellon Bank. She has served on a number of corporate and not-for-profit boards, and is presently an Independent Trustee of Allianz Global Investors Fund and an Independent Director of Akamai Technologies, focusing on the Audit Committee and Compensation.
Mr. Wilson was Chief Risk Officer of JP Morgan Chase & Co. from 2003 until his retirement in 2006. In this role, Mr. Wilson had global responsibility for credit, equity, market, and operational risk. He was also a member of JP Morgan’s Executive Committee and Operating Committee. Prior to this, he held the position of co-head of JP Morgan’s Credit & Rates Division, with global responsibility for derivatives, syndicated loans, bonds, structured products, emerging markets, government securities, and foreign exchange. He began his career at Chemical Bank where he held senior positions in domestic and international investment banking. Mr. Wilson currently serves on the boards of the Bank of Montreal and Ethan Allen Interiors, Inc., is the Chairman of Annual Giving at the Tuck School at Dartmouth College, where he received an MBA, and is a former Vice Chairman of Annual Leadership Giving at the Harvard College Fund. Mr. Wilson is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, Inc.
