BURLINGTON, Mass. & CHELMSFORD, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Arcadia Solutions, a national healthcare consultancy and subsidiary of Marquette Technology Companies, announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the assets of Concordant, Inc. The company, operating as Arcadia Solutions, will merge the two companies to fill the gaps in the ambulatory healthcare IT market in the United States.
