LANSDALE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--In response to high demand for the company’s ProtoSphere technology, ProtonMedia has relocated to new offices that are twice the size of its previous location to accommodate a rapidly expanding workforce, and service and technology lineup. ProtonMedia has been investing in personnel, partners, and technologies (such as a new Mac version) to give customers more resources and to uphold its high standard for customer care and support.
At the center of this is the company’s newly created Solutions & Support team, which provides customization efforts related to 3-D art, project management and scheduling, and post-sales customer care. ProtonMedia has promoted Kapi Patel to Manager of the Solutions & Support team. Other recent additions include John Reed, Vice President of Sales; and Steve Bortnichak, Post-Sales Support Engineer.
