American Medical Response Sets Up Fundraising Account for Paramedic Assaulted at Dodgers Game

SAN JOSE, Calif.--()--American Medical Response (AMR) employees have established a charitable fundraising account to assist Bryan Stow and his family. Stow, a paramedic with AMR of Santa Clara County, Calif., was severely injured in a brutal assault following the San Francisco Giants / Los Angeles Dodgers game in Los Angeles on Thursday, March 31. Stow, the father of two young boys, remains in critical condition in a Los Angeles hospital. His unidentified attackers are still at large.

All donations will be placed in a trust account to benefit Stow’s children and to assist his family with food and lodging expenses while they are with him in L.A.

“Our hearts and prayers go out to Bryan and his family. He is an outstanding emergency care provider and is well liked among his peers. As caregivers, we spend every day responding to patients in their time of need. Unfortunately it is now one of our own who is fighting for his life from a senseless act of violence,” said Gil Glass, AMR Santa Clara General Manager. “Our close AMR family wants to do everything we can to help Bryan and his family at their time of need,” he said.

Individuals interested in making a contribution can donate directly to his fundraising account at Commonwealth Credit Union, www.CUSWIRL.com, Account #118881. Alternatively, donations can be made via PayPal at www.PayPal.com to StowDonations@gmail.com.
