LANGHORNE, Pa.--()--MTI Information Technologies today announced the appointment of James R. Neumann as Senior Vice President, Client Management. Using his expertise in preference-based marketing, Neumann will be responsible for the strategic account management of MTI biopharmaceutical clients, helping to design and optimize their physician marketing communications programs. MTI works as a strategic partner to offer experience and innovation in a perfect blend to deliver an HCP focused PRM strategy.

According to MTI CEO, Bill Clapper, “Jim is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience, and who helps differentiate MTI in designing multi-channel marketing strategies that leverage technology and analytics from strategic and operational positions. Using the MTI platform featuring a healthcare database, a multi-channel marketing system and client data warehouse, Jim will be working to help our clients in their HCP outreach efforts to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of their marketing expenditures.”

Neumann was previously with Rosetta serving as the Practice Leader for the Relationship Marketing Practice and overseeing brand launches and professional/consumer marketing initiatives. His work involved different companies within J&J, such as Janssen, Covidian Healthcare and Vistakon, as well as other firms including UCB pharmaceuticals and Otsuka. He also orchestrated technology-based partnerships to help expand Rosetta’s business interests. Prior to Rosetta, he was with Harte-Hanks, serving as SVP in charge of CRM Technology Solutions where he helped to build and launch Allink Pharma.

Neumann holds an undergraduate degree in computer science from Lehigh University- and an MBA in Marketing from New York University, Stern School of Business.
