(NYSE:AH), a leading provider of services that help healthcare providers generate sustainable improvements in their operating margins and healthcare quality while also improving patient, physician and staff satisfaction, today announced the pricing of the public offering of 6,500,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $23.50 per share. All of the shares are being offered by selling stockholders. In addition, the underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 975,000 shares from the selling stockholders. The company will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares in this offering.
