Amedisys Presents Home Care and Hospice Face-to-Face Requirements Webinar to Health Care Leaders

BATON ROUGE, La.--()--Representatives from Baton Rouge-based Amedisys, Inc. will be joined by two other national home health care leaders in a webinar to help clarify the confusion among health care providers regarding the upcoming Face-to-Face regulation required by CMS on Wednesday, March 23, from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. CST. The webinar, titled “Making Sense of the New Medicare Face-to-Face Requirements for Home Health Care and Hospice,” will cover details and answer questions regarding the requirements placed on physicians as well as home care and hospice agency staff in regard to Face-to-Face encounter rules.

The webinar features Dr. Michael Fleming, Amedisys Chief Medical Officer; Dr. Steven Landers, Director of the Center for Home Care and Community Rehabilitation at Cleveland Clinic; Dr. Mary D. Naylor, PhD, RN, FAAN, Marian S. Ware Professor in Gerontology and Director of the NewCourtland Center for Transitions and Health at the University of Pennsylvania, School of Nursing; and Jeffrey Jeter, Amedisys Chief Compliance Officer.
