UTDi Launches Total Care+ Program for Remote Monitoring

This new revolutionary portfolio of service products is designed to enable clients to manage their entire voice and data network with applications on a single platform. A cloud-based remote monitoring suite, UTDi’s Total Care+ enables clients to manage and monitor their full range of products and applications residing on their network to ensure no interruption of service.

Using a combination of Total Care Diagnostic Tools, intervention and resolution by remote engineers and technicians, UTDi can remotely monitor and maintain the customer’s voice & data networks with the use of product alarms. With this process in place, 99 percent of alarms are resolved remotely and problem diagnosis begins within 90 seconds of receiving the alarm notification.

Customers can enjoy seamless operation when problems are resolved even before they occur. With remote maintenance activities, companies enjoy substantial preventative value. Customers partnering with UTDi can leverage the remote monitoring program to experience fewer outages and enjoy immediate results. The Total Care+ program provides customers with access to specific monitoring tools, such as:

  • Voice Monitor – to proactively monitor all voice platforms and detect problems before users report issues
  • Network Monitor – to constantly watch switches, routers and links to keep IT in control of the network
  • VoIP Monitor – to analyze the call path between VoIP phones in real-time and provide statistics such as latency, jitter, packet loss and more
  • Server Monitor – to monitor critical servers and core server resources, including CPU event logs, memory, disk
  • Website Monitor – to monitor the uptime/downtime of the website and immediately notify IT of any abnormalities
  • Application Monitor – to deliver high availability and performance of business critical applications to alert users of downtime to enable SLA enforcement.
