Leader in customer interaction management solutions creates new division to meet demand for business-to-consumer smartphone applications

The newly formed division will focus on meeting the growing demand for customer care solutions on the smartphone. Albert Kim has been tapped to lead the Mobile Division of SpeechCycle and will be responsible for spearheading this new business unit. Albert is a veteran software industry executive, who prior to joining SpeechCycle, founded a SaaS startup and worked at Microsoft for more than 13 years focusing on the service provider market. Albert’s extensive expertise in enterprise software and mobile technologies will provide SpeechCycle’s Mobile Division with the proven leadership necessary to develop world-class, consumer-focused applications.
