MCLEAN, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Embassy Suites Hotels today announced its top performing hotels of 2010. Every year the full service, all-suites hotel brand measures performance at all of its 209 properties. The “best of the best” properties score highest in three specific areas: quality assurance audits that measure cleanliness, condition and brand standards, scores from guests rating staff service and the quality of the hotel’s physical accommodations.
This prestigious recognition is given to the 20 (full listing below) top scoring Embassy Suites hotels from the brand’s portfolio throughout the United States, Canada, Latin America and the Caribbean. Each honored hotel will receive a trophy, monetary prize and recognition during an upcoming on-property ceremony.
“At Embassy Suites, we’re extremely proud that each of our 25,000+ team members at our 209 hotels work hard every day to deliver the ultimate experience to every guest and to support the high standard of guest satisfaction for which the brand is known,” said Jim Holthouser, global head of Embassy Suites Hotels and full service brands, Hilton Worldwide. “Everything they do – from providing a hot, cooked-to-order breakfast each morning to a comfortable bed for travelers every night and highly valued services in between that enable guests to be more productive – helps ensure guest loyalty. We are pleased to honor the Embassy Suites hotels that epitomize what our brand is all about – guest satisfaction and a high level of customer service.”
The top three performing hotels received special recognition with a “Connie” Award, named after Hilton Worldwide’s founder, Conrad Hilton.
