NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sidley has been named as one of only three law firms to be ranked in the top 10 for overall client service in BTI Consulting Group’s The BTI Client Service 30, every year since the inception of those rankings in 2001. Sidley was named the number one law firm for overall client service for three of those years, and was named to The BTI Client Service Hall of Fame in recognition of these achievements. Sidley is also recognized as one of only eight law firms that has been host to BTI Client Service All-Stars for each of the last 10 years.
Two Sidley partners have been named to The BTI Client Service All-Star Team for Law Firms 2011. The partners are Thomas A. Cole and Eric S. Haueter. The annual BTI ranking, based on nearly 300 interviews with corporate counsel at large and Fortune 1000 companies, recognizes lawyers who help drive superior client relationships.
Eric Haueter is named to The BTI Client Service All-Star Team for the fifth consecutive year, making him one of only two lawyers to have been named to the Team for more than four consecutive years. This is the second time that Thomas Cole has been named to The BTI Client Service All-Star Team.
“Sidley has an unwavering commitment to providing our clients with the highest quality of client service,” said Charles W. Douglas, chair of the firm’s Management Committee. “We are honored each and every time we are recognized by our clients in BTI’s Client Service Awards, and I congratulate Tom and Eric on this prestigious award.”
