OSIsoft Expands Presence in China

Opens Customer Support Center in Beijing, launches Chinese website, and hires new country manager

SAN LEANDRO, Calif.--()--OSIsoft, LLC (www.osisoft.com), provider of the PI System and the leader in real-time data infrastructure solutions, today announced the opening of a customer support center in Beijing in conjunction with the launch of its Chinese website (www.osisoft.com/china). The Beijing office is OSIsoft’s second office in China, and the addition of the Beijing Customer Support Center will strengthen OSIsoft’s customer support infrastructure in the Asia Pacific region and further affirm OSIsoft’s commitment to outstanding service.

With the opening of the Beijing Customer Support Center and launch of the Chinese website, C.S. Lui, vice president of sales – Asia Pacific, also welcomes Dennis Lin to OSIsoft as China country manager.

“In this position, Mr. Lin will have an integral role in the operations of the Beijing Customer Support Center,” said Mr. Lui. Mr. Lin’s previous experience in the IT industry with positions in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, and Project and Operations Management will ensure continued flawless execution for OSIsoft customers in the Asia Pacific region. “With the new Beijing Customer Support Center setup, we are able to offer a comprehensive set of after-sales services to our customers in China, including local language technical support and product training,” said Mr. Lui.

OSIsoft will continue to operate in all of its existing offices on the Asian continent.
