Lozano, has been appointed member to the President’s Council on Jobs and Competitiveness. The Council represents a group of experienced leaders that will carry out initiatives promoting growth in American businesses, creating jobs and establishing global competition.

Chaired by Jeffrey Immelt, CEO and Chairman of General Electric, Council members represent various economic sectors that include financial, health, education, information technology, service, and transportation industries.

Monica C. Lozano is also director of the Walt Disney Company and Bank of America and serves as board member to Southern California’s Weingart Foundation.
