CHANTILLY, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Citizant, a leader in business transformation and information sharing solutions for the federal government, has hired Jeffrey Beyer as senior vice president of operations. Beyer will oversee all customer delivery and current account growth activities.

Beyer will report to Mr. Roberts, and will join Greg Gorgone, senior vice president of Finance & Administration, and Paul Bize, senior vice president of Sales & Marketing, on the executive leadership team.
Beyer spent 22 years with Management Systems Designers, Inc. and served as MSD’s senior vice president and chief operating officer when Lockheed Martin purchased the 750-person company in 2007. After joining Lockheed Martin, Beyer served as the executive in charge of strategic planning for the Health Services and Solutions group. Most recently, Beyer was president of The Engle Group, a small government IT services contractor, where he was responsible for all finance, operations, business development, marketing, human resources and administrative affairs.
