SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Winzler & Kelly is pleased to announce that Ray H. Fakhoury, PE has joined us as a Senior Project Manager leading our southwest water practice. Mr. Fakhoury brings over 20 years of experience with a particular focus on program management and design/build project delivery. Throughout his career, Ray has provided high quality client service for projects ranging from water and sewer conveyance to complex treatment and reclamation facilities for public agencies and the Department of Defense. In his new role, Ray will support Winzler & Kelly’s focus on providing high quality design deliverables for our southern California clients.
Ray is licensed in California as a Professional Civil Engineer and is an active member of the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) and of the Design Build Institute of America (DBIA). He was raised in San Diego County and earned his engineering degree from San Diego State’s Civil Engineering program. In his spare time, Ray enjoys travelling to exotic and historical locations and playing tennis and basketball. He is a big fan of the LA Lakers and the Dallas Cowboys.
