Since early 2010, the ProactiveNet monitoring agents have been installed locally on every server to track all system metrics. When a dynamic threshold is exceeded, the solution automatically sends an alarm to the central event management system. Meanwhile, the front-end architecture displays real-time control metrics that enable users to extract statistical data on trends over a six-month period.
Additionally, BMC’s BladeLogic Application Release Automation solution has been the glue of the SEC SERVIZI infrastructure, since its deployment in September. The solution ensures full compliance alongside the rapid, error-free release of SEC SERVIZI’s applications.
