ARLINGTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Concord Eastridge has selected Sonia Egyhazy as its new director of feasibility and investment analysis. In this role, Egyhazy will work on the firm’s hospitality development projects throughout the U.S. and assist with feasibility and financing support for Concord Eastridge projects and property acquisitions.
Prior to joining Concord Eastridge, Egyhazy was manager of global feasibility and investment analysis with Hilton Worldwide, based in McLean, Va., where she was responsible for a comprehensive $200 million capital expenditure plan for a portfolio of wholly owned assets in top markets, evaluated major renovations and conducted feasibility studies throughout a variety of North American markets on existing and ad hoc investment models. She also was an analyst for Interstate Hotels & Resorts, Inc. in Arlington, Va.
Egyhazy earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia at Charlottesville, and is a certified paralegal. She is involved in Greater DC Cares and the National AIDS Marathon Training Program, and is a member of the American Hotel & Lodging Association.
