SAN MATEO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Digital Fuel, the company that defined and continues to lead the IT Financial Management (ITFM) solutions market, today announced the addition of Netta Schmeidler as Vice President, Product Management. Schmeidler will be responsible for Digital Fuel’s global product strategy. Schmeidler brings more than 20 years of enterprise software product management and product development experience to Digital Fuel, having successfully led programs at BMC, SAP and Mercury.
Schmeidler joins Digital Fuel from BMC Software where she was Senior Manager, Product Management. Joining BMC as part of its acquisition of Identify Software, where Schmeidler held a similar post, she oversaw the release of a new product line and helped transition the Identify software family into a grouping of high-end enterprise solutions. Her tenure at Identify Software also included gathering and analyzing requirements for new products, overseeing the market release of all new products, and managing the company’s team of product managers.

Prior to her time at BMC and Identify, Schmeidler was Senior Director, Portal Development for TopTier Software, which was acquired by SAP in 2001. She also held an application development management positions at Mercury Interactive (now part of Hewlett-Packard).
Schmeidler has a degree in Computer Science from Hebrew University in Jerusalem and an M.B.A. in Marketing Management from Tel Aviv University.
