Jobseekers will submit their resumes on AOL Jobs and are encouraged to actively pursue votes on the AOL Jobs site. Twenty-four jobseekers will be prominently displayed on AOL.com with AOL choosing 12 candidates and 12 being picked by the voting audience. | |||||||
Additionally, the 24 finalists will receive professionally created about.me profiles. About.me allows consumers to build personal and dynamic splash pages that point visitors to all their social media web content, which can be a key factor in standing out in today’s job market. | ||||||||
