NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Tremor Media, the largest independent online video advertising company, announced today that they have added Melinda McLaughlin as Chief Marketing Officer. McLaughlin, most recently the SVP for Corporate Marketing at A&E Television Networks, will oversee all marketing for Tremor Media. Its recent acquisition of ScanScout has made Tremor Media the dominant player in interactive video, enabling it to become the preferred destination for major brand dollars online.
McLaughlin spent more than a decade at A&E Television Networks, where she held a number of sales, marketing and consumer insight positions. She last served as SVP of Corporate Marketing, where she was responsible for leading the AETN in-house agency, portfolio ad sales marketing and defining the new global company positioning, brand and identity post merger with Lifetime Networks last year. McLaughlin is no stranger to the agency world, having led media strategy on blue chip accounts at D’Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles (now Starcom MediaVest) and then Jordan McGrath Case & Partners (now Arnold MPG).

She graduated with honors from Syracuse University’s Newhouse School with a BS in TV, Radio and Film Management.
